Terms & Conditions

These terms describe how merchants may access Moneybag's payment gateway, dashboard, APIs, SDKs, documentation, and related services.

Merchant Eligibility and Registration

Merchants must provide accurate business, ownership, tax, compliance, website or app, and bank account information. Moneybag may request additional documents during onboarding, account review, or ongoing monitoring.

Merchant Responsibilities

  • Comply with applicable laws, card network rules, payment method rules, tax obligations, consumer protection requirements, and prohibited business restrictions.
  • Maintain accurate product or service descriptions, customer support channels, customer-facing terms, and refund policies.
  • Protect API keys, dashboard credentials, webhook secrets, and any customer or payment data handled by the merchant.

Use of APIs and Services

Merchants may use Moneybag APIs, SDKs, sandbox tools, dashboard, webhooks, reporting, and documentation according to published technical guidance. Rate limits, uptime commitments, service changes, and support commitments follow Moneybag's published guidance.

Payments, Fees, Taxes, and Settlements

Applicable fees may be shown in the merchant dashboard, pricing page, or commercial agreement. Settlement timing can depend on payment method, currency, bank cutoffs, holidays, merchant risk profile, reserves, compliance checks, refunds, disputes, and account limits.

Refunds, Chargebacks, and Failed Payments

Merchants are responsible for customer refund decisions, chargeback evidence, customer communication, and applicable dispute fees. Failed or declined payments may occur because of issuer decisions, insufficient funds, authentication failures, expired cards, risk checks, payment method limits, or network issues.

Risk Review and Account Actions

Moneybag may need to request documents, delay settlements, apply limits, hold funds, or suspend services where required for risk, compliance, banking partner, legal, or payment network reasons.
